Our Services

AiTerm provides terminal assistance service that divided to Free service and Paid service.

Free Service

The User who has use our terminal assistance service with limited amount of balance and period to use AiTerm service.

Paid Service

The User who has registered with the Website and who has paid the specific Paid Service fee may use that Paid Service for a specified period. Paid Services include specific amount of balance and period to use AiTerm service.

Billing

You shall provide the Company with accurate and complete billing information, including a valid payment method. For certain payment methods, you must also provide your full name, address, state, zip code, and telephone number.

Refunds

Paid service fees are non-refundable, except when required by law.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided by AiTerm, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of AiTerm and are protected by intellectual property laws.
